This website provides information about Superconnected’s services. The inquiry form sends your details securely to our web server, which emails the inquiry to our studio.

When you contact us

When you submit an inquiry or send an email, the details you choose to share—such as your name, contact information and project description—are used to respond and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive information.

Form security

The contact form uses a temporary, essential session cookie to protect submissions. For abuse prevention, the server keeps a hashed network identifier and request timestamps for up to one hour, cleared on subsequent requests. Form submissions are not stored in a website database; delivered inquiries are handled in our email inbox.

When you request a website report

We use your name, email address, optional business name and public homepage address to generate your requested report. Our server fetches that homepage and inspects its HTML; it does not sign in, execute its JavaScript or access analytics. We email the report to you through Resend and send a blind copy to our studio inbox, so we can help if you choose to discuss the findings. Resend processes the email addresses and report content to deliver those messages. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The audit uses a separate essential session cookie. Temporary report results are held on the server for the session, expire after 30 minutes, and are removed by session cleanup. The report is not published at a public link. Audit rate-limit records contain hashed network and email identifiers and timestamps; entries older than 24 hours are removed when subsequent requests update the records. Delivered reports and lead details remain in our inbox for handling your request. You can contact us to request deletion.

Website technology

This version of the website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or a mailing-list service. Fonts and visual assets are hosted with the site. The hosting provider may process normal request data, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website.
