Superconnected
A website. An ongoing partnership.

Built for your business.
Cared for every month.

Design, development and ongoing support in one monthly plan. Choose the space and support your business needs, with the build included.

Why a monthly partnership?

Launch is a milestone.
Your business keeps moving.

New services, new people, new questions from customers. Your website needs a way to keep up without becoming another job on your list.

A manageable starting point.

The custom build is included in your twelve-month commitment. You can plan around a monthly amount instead of a separate large build invoice.

Someone to make the changes.

When hours change, a team member joins or a service needs explaining, send it to us. Your plan includes a defined allowance for keeping the site current.

Continuity after launch.

The people who built your site keep looking after it. Hosting, maintenance and regular health reviews have a home, alongside your content requests.

The foundation stays the same

Good websites
need ongoing attention.

Every plan includes a considered design, sound technical foundations and someone to help after launch.

The build

A custom responsive site, content structure, technical search foundations and launch checks.

The care

Managed hosting, SSL, backups, routine maintenance and a defined monthly allowance for updates.

The perspective

A quarterly health summary with findings and practical next steps. Analytics reporting can be added once measurement is agreed and configured.

What the partnership looks like

A clear start.
A useful rhythm.

You know what happens during the build and what you can ask for once the website is live.

01 / Get it right

Scope, design, launch.

We agree the pages, content responsibilities and priorities. You review the design and working site before launch. Timing follows the agreed scope and feedback schedule.

02 / Keep it current

Small changes, handled.

Send updated hours, a new photo or revised service copy. We handle requests within your plan allowance and flag larger work before it becomes an extra cost.

03 / Keep perspective

Review every quarter.

A health summary covers what we checked, what needs attention and the next priorities. Growth and Established add the page and content work listed in their plans.

Is this the right fit?

A website partner.
A clear agreement.

A monthly plan makes sense when you want an ongoing relationship and help keeping your site useful.

Let’s find the right approach ↗

A good fit if you want…

  • A custom marketing website with a predictable monthly budget.
  • Someone to handle hosting, maintenance and routine changes.
  • Room to improve the site as your business develops.

Let’s scope it separately if you need…

An online store, customer portal, complex integration or custom application. Those needs deserve their own plan and estimate.

Clear boundaries: domains, premium tools, paid advertising and work beyond your allowance are separate. We agree additional scope before starting it.

The details, up front

Know what
you’re choosing.

A defined scope, a clear commitment and room to ask questions. Your signed proposal records the final deliverables and terms.

Talk through the right plan
Why pay monthly for a website?

The plan combines the initial design and build with the work that follows: hosting, maintenance, content changes and regular reviews. It spreads the initial investment across the first year and gives you one studio to contact when something needs attention.

What am I paying for after the first year?

The ongoing service continues: managed hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance, your plan’s content allowance and quarterly health summaries. You are paying for care and support, rather than just instalments on the original build. Your initial term ends after twelve payments, then the plan continues monthly.

Why do the plans cost different amounts?

More pages and more frequent changes require more time. Every plan gets custom design and the same technical foundations; the page scope, update allowance and content support grow with the plan.

What if I already have a website?

We review what you have before recommending a route. Useful content, photography and branding can carry forward. We agree whether the work is a rebuild or a more focused improvement before you commit.

What counts as a core page?

Your homepage, about page, service pages, team pages and location pages count towards your plan. The contact page, basic policy pages and blog index are included separately. Existing blog posts can be migrated within an agreed migration scope.

What is a small content update?

A change to an existing page: supplied text, a photo, opening hours or a team detail, requiring up to 30 minutes of production work. Larger changes and unused-update rollover are not included. We confirm scope before starting extra work.

When does billing begin?

The proposed plan starts when you approve the scope and we begin the project. The initial term runs for twelve monthly payments. We agree on your launch schedule around content, complexity and feedback.

What happens if I leave?

The initial twelve-month commitment covers the build and service. Early cancellation is handled under the signed project agreement. After the initial term, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Your domain and supplied content remain yours; after the initial term and paid invoices, we provide an export of the website and content. Third-party licences and services have their own transfer rules.

Is ongoing SEO included?

Technical foundations and routine checks are included. A competitive SEO campaign, link building, paid ads and ranking guarantees are not. Content work follows your plan allowance and is reviewed by you before publication.

Can you build a portal, store or custom application?

Yes, as a separately scoped project. Account systems, payments, clinical integrations and custom software have different delivery and support needs from a marketing website.

Will you promise perfect scores or compliance?

No. We test performance, keyboard access, structure and usability, and explain the findings. Automated checks alone do not establish accessibility conformance, and no website plan can guarantee rankings or business results.
