Monthly plans include ongoing technical maintenance and minor support only, up to the allotted time for the selected package. Unused time does not roll over. Requests outside normal maintenance scope, including new features, major revisions, complex integrations, or emergency work, are billed separately. Third-party platform, hosting, domain, email, API, and software costs are not included in monthly maintenance pricing. Maintenance plans can be adjusted or cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
